the balcony rest rooms

Designer Michael Young's evocative impression of the balcony rest rooms at the Harrow Road Turkish Baths.

Nevill's least expensive establishment, was known at various times as Goudy's Turkish Baths, Edgware Road Turkish Baths, the Paddington Hammam, Tyler's, and the Metro.

The building was demolished in 1963, together with its next door neighbour the Metropolitan Theatre, to make way for a flyover leading to the M40.
