b. 'To purchase, or otherwise acquire as a going concern the business of a Turkish Bath Proprietor, or Turkish Bathing Establishment now carried on by Messrs Thomas Spink and Thos. Richards in partnership, at Harrow Road, Paddington...under the style of "The Harrow Road Turkish Baths" or "The Paddington Hammam" and the goodwill thereof...'
c. to carry out the agreement between Thomas Spink and Thos Richards on the one hand, and the company, on the other.
