Nothing is known about these baths apart from what is described in the images. The card is a typical trade card of its period from the United States, with a specific advertising text overprinted on a card chosen by the advertiser from his printer's stock. When used by Turkish baths, the picture on the card rarely has anything to do with the baths being advertised. The actual size of the card is 105x61mm.
This advertisement, which adds the prices charged to what we know from the trade card, appeared in Thompson's Hotel Directory for 1885.
