The luxurious Biltmore Hotel adjoining Grand Central Station (and having direct access to it) was opened on 1 January 1913. It survived until 1981 when the building was reconstructed within its original skeleton as the Bank of America Plaza.
What can be seen in this postcard is all we know at present about these baths, reminding one rather of the sundeck in an ocean liner. It is not known if the baths remained open during the whole life of the hotel or whether it closed earlier.
