The Victoria Turkish Baths, Manchester

Ever since winning the largest public vote in the first contest on the BBC2 Restoration programme, The Victoria Baths Trust has been working hard to carry out the work needed to prepare for the restoration of the Victoria Turkish Baths and to develop a plan for the remainder of the building. A first stage has now been completed which has helped safeguard the fabric of the building, and restoration has been carried out on the magnificent stained glass panels. Work continues.
